Summary: Overall it's a good solution built as such, so that businesses can customize the features to meet their needs.
Positive: Connects your entire business through a single pane of glass.
Gives you a cloud billing option.
Everything gets tracked as an easily manageable ticket in the system.
Has a 2-factor authentication for increased security.Negative: The reporting is not user friendly, even basic reports require a lot of scripting.

Powerful, but pricey Date: Dec 09 2020
Summary: This stuff is powerful, but requires a lot of manpower to get it all figured out. I thought I had it mastered and then I found out that I had only scratched the surface of a portion of it. It's like the Swiss army knife of managed services.
Positive: There's so much this application does. I was finding new things every day I used it. Strong emphasis on being able to obtain information or run commands remotely without bothering the user of the workstation.
Negative: In our organization we had a full time technician dedicated only to configuring this software for our use.

Summary: Overall ConnectWise Manage is feature rich management and automation tool and provides real time tracking and management for our projects.
Positive: ConnectWise Manage is a very good automation tool and helps a lot in management of business operations with lot of features.
Negative: The deployment is not a straight one and need some technical knowledge for integrations, but it is good to go once setup is done.

Summary: Overall ConnectWise management is a great application with plenty of integrations and a great ticketing system thats detrimental to my job. Update the interface a bit and get a 5 star from me.
Positive: Regardless of what or why anytime your using help desk, sales, or network alerting, everything gets a "ticket."
Negative: While this application is incredibly versatile, the interface seems old and some of the menu items can be muddled. They seem to be improving slightly since the previous version, but I'd like to see a more intuitive design.

Summary: It is a strong and stable company which offers service and support in technology. It comes with the widest variety of features.
Positive: A user friendly software with wide and more variety of features you can imagine at one place. It is user friendly and easy to set up and use too.
Negative: Cant really think of anything as a con but not really telling that there are no cons.

Gets the job done, with some drawbacks Date: Feb 26 2021
Summary: Once it's all setup and working it's a great tool to handle your help desk ticketing, but be prepared to spend the time and money to get it configured well enough.
Positive: Once it's "properly configured", Manage does a great job as a ticketing system. It can be quite powerful and there seems to be lots of integrations available.
Negative: Getting it "properly configured" can be a VERY time consuming and difficult process. Some companies end up having to hire a consultant to get the basics configured because it's so overwhelming. It's very expensive as well, and the support isn't great. Community support can sometimes be better than official support. Mobile app leaves a lot to be desired.

Summary: Overall for automatize the process of business operations its good. Its procurement module is very descriptive and important. it helps in improved communication within the teams but the lag side is data showing capacity. there is few rights to stop that, but after technical guidance, the same can be managed.
Positive: Its a very extensive and broad software and hence its sometimes a trouble for regular user. Its breadth of services of PSA which includes all the process of company from agreements, help desk, Billing, sales and marketing, procurement etc. an error at a point will impact all the features and the issue is that there is no notification.
Negative: Its inter linkage with all the departments sometime create the privacy issue and data shrinkage. all data will be reflect to the department and rights are there for change and update.

Lots of Features but Expensive Date: Mar 31 2021
Summary: ConnectWise has many programs/add-ons available. However, it appears these add-ons were from completely different companies that may have been purchased and brought in. Each program's interface is different. Before making a commitment to ConnectWise, I would recommend looking at all the other managed services options available.
Positive: 1. Many features available.
2. Cloud-based, does not require an on-premise server.Negative: 1. Very, very expensive.
