    Useful and Flexible Packing Management

    Summary: Overall, my experience with the Packing module has been positive. It provides useful filters; which is particularly useful when a general pre-picking process is needed. The different filters also help ensure that orders are processed and packed correctly. I believe the main opportunity for improvement would be to automate the way information and configurations are updated,ideally through a connection with our ERP.

    Positive: The Packing module offers several useful filters for managing different logistics methods and supports more than one account, which makes it possible to generate a general pre-picking list when needed. It also provides different filters and controls to help ensure that orders are packed correctly and according to the corresponding logistics method.

    Negative: One area that could be improved is the way the module updates its database information. It would be useful to have a more direct connection with our ERP, so that new configurations or changes associated with each sale could be automatically updated in the system. This would help reduce manual updates and keep the packing information more accurate and up to date.
