    An easy way to make better compensation decisions

    Summary: There are a lot of great systems out there and if you are looking for one that is easy to use and has a lot of great features out of the box then you should look at Compright.

    Positive: This tool is so easy for managers to use. The interface is intuitive and practical. The implementation is fast compared to other solutions I have worked with. Compright provides implementation from experienced comp experts so they understand your pay programs even in multiple countries.
    The best thing is the amount of time this saves me year after year.

    Negative: The performance management tool is fairly basic but if you need to connect to a more robust solution, they can easily bring the data in from other systems.
    This tool is highly configurable but if you want something custom you will need to look elsewhere.
