Summary: Overall, happy with this product so far! The customer service team is also amazing, they are really quick to respond and very helpful.
Positive: I love being able to text people in my community. They love it too and it's also an easy way for them to respond with questions/comments. Super great product and company!
Negative: Cannot currently customize the info collected during sign-up.

Functional, Simple and Powerful App Date: Apr 06 2021
Summary: Functional, simple and powerful application for engaging with my client base and creating the curiosity a buzz around my business that I’m looking for.
Positive: This application is so simple to use I can tell the designers put a lot of thought and care into how do user experience would work with this app. It’s very clear with the values and texting and engage in your community and learning so much from home without a whole lot of complicated marketing steps and too many features that you really need. This app is a collection of a select few features that are so powerful I could step in and create a campaign easily. The engagement I want with my client base is Easy to do from idea execution on this app. There’s so many marketing tools out there none come close to the value and power of the Community app!
Negative: Could be a little bit more clear about what you can and cannot do upon signing up. So that I know what I can do with the idea I have an execute the campaign as quickly as possible.

Great for Nonprofits Date: Apr 05 2021
Summary: Will continue to use Community for our clients to get out information in a fast and organized way. I would recommend this for all non-profits and small businesses that want to enhance communication with their clients.
Positive: Great software for nonprofits/small businesses. Easy to use and requires little training to teach staff. Makes information that needs to be blasted, organized and convenient. Would highly recommend if you find yourself worrying about how to get information out to a bunch of people at once --- especially in today's society where people rarely check emails.
Negative: No discounts for nonprofits. Can be expensive for small companies. Doesn't have a six month, or yearly subscription option either.

Positive: I engaged with my fans this release and was able to get an instant result in engagement on my social media and streaming platform! So fire!

Summary: This is amazing! Works like a charm with room to grow and expand reach! I’m super excited for the potential this gives us.
Positive: Great app, and website, easy to learn, helpful metrics! Whitelisted so our msgs get delivered! I just all around love it.
Negative: Sometimes something is done so well, you can’t help but think of more possibilities! I’m looking forward to things like notes, reports about people that have dropped off or don’t ever respond...
