    Summary: Very happy with the product and level of service we have received. Getting good value and product really helped with managing leads and sales.

    Positive: Robust functionality that rivals enterprise players at half the cost. Highly customizable without programmer intervention.

    Negative: No multi language support - we were hoping for not only an English version but Dutch as well.
