Collavate is a secure cloud platform that allows you to collaborate and review documents. You can create, edit, or draft documents. Collavate allows for you to share these documents among other teams for more input. You can even mention people to get their feedback! All Collavate documents are sent through the Document Manager. The Collavate Document Manager account (or Document Admin) manages permissions for all documents submitted to it. The approval process is easy and intuitive. Collavate is compatible with a wide variety of devices, including web, mobile, hardcopies, and e ink. Our goal is for approvers to be able to concentrate more on the document and less on how to get there. Collavate caters to your unique needs. You can customize the approval process to fit your team's workflows and team structure, which will ensure that there is enough oversight and collaboration.
