    Positive: Interface, customer support, easy and safe transactions, instant add funds and withdrawals.

    Good UI but not set up is difficult.

    - The buying and selling process of the coins is easy and smooth.

    Negative: - The set-up process of the application is very long, and difficult.
    - The verification fails several times even with the correct information and identifications.
    - There are a lot of condition for the money withdrawing process.

    Very very difficult KYC and onboarding process

    Summary: Not recommending as there are better services out there. CoinSwitch can do better to ensure KYC process is smoother.

    Positive: The UI is really nice to use and easy to get adjusted. Their API is also pretty cool for novice SW developers.

    Negative: Very very difficult KYC and onboarding process made me switch to a competitor.

    Summary: They rob me of my money countless times and they refuse to refund it. They even did likewise to my friend.

    Positive: It used to be a nice platform to trade on before they turned it into something else, they have robbed me so many times within the period of 2 years.

    Negative: Very bad platform to trade on currently because they're no longer honest.
