    Worst customer service ever

    Summary: The customer service aspect of this service and the associated problems obtaining any kind of invoicing turned this from a useful tool to a nightmare. Zero out of ten.

    Positive: It ran the reports I needed but that's about it. Don't have anything else to mark off as positive.

    Negative: Customer service is horrific. Seems to have one person that will only respond on Saturday. The portal says there's a free trial but there's no option in the site to cancel before or after the trial ends. The invoices page in my account always says there's no invoices available even though I've been charged 4 times. Getting support to send me a receipt has been a nightmare and will not verify that my account or subscription is canceled. No option to cancel or delete myself.
