    Nice digital tool for coffee shops and restaurants

    Summary: As a busy cafe owner, I was tired of paying for multiple subscriptions just to manage my digital presence. I tried CodeeSuite to centralize my QR menus, digital signage, and customer reviews. It has definitely streamlined our operations, though it comes with a few caveats.

    Positive: Everything in one place: I used to have different tools for the QR menu, the TV screen promos, and review collection. Now, I manage it all from a single dashboard.
    Instant updates: If we run out of carrot cake, I can remove it with one click. Both the QR menu and the shop screen update instantly, saving the staff from constantly apologizing.
    AI takes the edge off: The AI assistant answers customer questions like "Is this vegan?" right from the menu, which frees up my servers during the rush.
    Tourist-friendly: The 5-language support is a lifesaver during the summer for customers who don't speak English or Greek.

    Negative: All eggs in one basket: If the platform experiences downtime, I lose my digital menu, signs, and feedback system all at once. Overkill for simple needs: If you just want a basic PDF menu behind a QR code, this system is way too complex and probably not worth the effort.
