Summary: We have been using CocoSign for a few months to streamline the remote signing of documents. However, since the start of the pandemic, usage has skyrocketed. We try to do fully contactless clients engagement for all our services. The use of the tool has made the contract signing process far faster and much easier.

Positive: The software makes it easy to collect signatures remotely. The google and email integration option is helpful. Additionally, the tool is very user friendly with an easy interface

Negative: I was having to receive bulk document but my subscription was limited and had to pay for another package

Summary: If you are an upcoming or SME that needs a digital signature tool and want process efficiency through the use of templates and integrations then CocoSign is the one to watch. It also serves well if you are sending a couple of files for signature each month.

Positive: I find this software UX-friendly and has features easy to use for both sending and receiving your files. Another plus is the integrations with other platforms such as Google Drive making it more reliable

Negative: Nothing comes out that needs reporting at the moment. For now, we have enjoyed the good work.

Summary: When you are in a hurry and want something that can help you anywhere then CocoSign is a lifesaver. I hate filling forms and running here and there, so having a reliable digital solution is a game-changer to me. Going digital is the new normal for all businesses across the world and there is zero waste making it so much better for the environment.

Positive: CocoSign is easy to deploy and user-friendly.
It enhances work and is much faster and reliable.
Saves the environment by reducing paperwork.

Negative: Despite it being cheap compared to other players but the idea of adding another budget to my business makes it expensive.

Summary: One thing for sure you’ll love about the CocoSign is that it comes fully intuitive and is easy to use. The software works on all my mobile devices. It streamlines the processes of getting contracts signed.

Positive: I have been using CocoSign for the last 6 months. As a small business venture having clients sign maintenance & development contracts has been a great experience. The contracts are legally binding.

Negative: There’s nothing that needs some improvements because all features and menus are working efficiently.

Summary: I love the fact that I can use it for a month and when I’m broke chill then renew it back. In fact, I am not forced to subscribe a package and can do pay as you go. I have used this software for 3 months and it is safe and more so easier to use than many other signature products.

Positive: I don’t have to wait around for weeks or months or even make a visit to a client to get them to sign. Another pro is that digital signature appears to be much easier to obtain that a pen to paper signature.

Negative: If they add more features and include document conversion can be better instead of looking for another vendor for that work.

Summary: You’ll notice that this software provide simple transition. The program has benefiting features such as the ability to remind my clients about the quote we have sent. I love the simplicity it comes with and ease of use.

Positive: The application is easy to use with more features compared to competitors. The pricing label is not that far to achieve for small organization like mine.

Negative: Sometimes I met small teething problems but all in all it's better than many big products out there. I am looking forward to seeing it develop over time and deliver great result as usual.

Summary: Coco sign has really helped us for the past 4 months because we were able to reduce time and concentrated on other matters. Another place where it does well is reducing the amount paper work in any working environment.

Positive: The software gives a platform where you can upload and sign your document with speed in mind. The software was easy to implement and use.

Negative: It’s an excellent system that served me very and nothing come out bad.

Summary: I enjoyed working and using this signature service and am still a member. One of the surest ways to cement your relations with partners is to use CocoSign.

Negative: Initial installation cost is cheap compared to others, so I don’t see any cons. Furthermore, it is easy to implement.

Summary: I recommend CocoSign since it speeds up the signing process. There is no need to send any kind of document physically and waste a lot of time.

Negative: I think that it is only a matter of time before this software becomes popular, but for now, not so many organizations know it and in some cases, it is difficult to sign agreements.

Summary: Digital software, in my opinion, is, but you must locate a reputable supplier that is safe and will protect your personal information. CocoSign passed all of the tests, and we've been using it since then.

Negative: It has the worse customer service. They essentially do not respond to some user inquiries.

Summary: When you collaborate with efficient and secure software developers like CocoSign, you receive even more benefits. We're doing quite well since we've cut down on operating costs like fax machine electricity bills, paper, and so on.

Positive: In terms of security and efficiency, it's better than the large corporations you might imagine. I've been using the program for a few months now, and the results are impressive. It has greatly aided us in lowering our costs

Negative: In the short months that I've been using this signature tool, I haven't had any issues when working.

Summary: I believe digital software is but you need to find a reliable source that is secure and will protect your private information. Cocosign did pass all the tests and we are using it to date.

Negative: Today I have no cons for this software because we don’t use it that much. After creating my signature we close the app and do other things.

Summary: We started very slowly this year but thanks to the digital tools we have in the office that has brought some hopeful changes. Cocosign is great when it comes to pricing and service delivery.

Negative: Since I started using this software the overall performance and execution have been wonderful. The support team also did not disappoint.

Summary: I was using software and was paying double what I pay for this one. This transformation has made things easy to run because we can save more money.

Positive: This software is easy to use because all you need to do is just sign in and head straight to your dashboard. When you hit your dashboard everything there is self-explainable.

Negative: Getting those accounts or creating one is tiresome but there’s no way I can access the software without login.

Summary: CocoSign user interface is what made me choose it amongst others. Another advantage of using it is that they have no extra charges such as gold, silver and more making it more cheaper. I am very happy I made the choice.

Positive: CocoSign is unmatched when it comes to user interface that is simple and easy to use. Nearly all or anybody can maneuver and finish the work within minutes and save time.

Negative: Great team who work tirelessly to boost our productivity. For now there is nothing much I can share here.
