FinOpsly is an AI-native control plane for managing Cloud, Data, and AI spend at enterprise scale.
Built for organizations operating across multiple clouds and data platforms, FinOpsly shifts FinOps from passive reporting to active, governed execution. The platform connects cost, usage, and business context into a unified operating model—allowing teams to anticipate spend, enforce guardrails, and take automated action with confidence.
FinOpsly brings together infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), and AI workloads into a single decision and execution layer. With explainable AI agents operating under policy-based controls, teams can safely automate optimization, trace cost drivers to real workloads, and stop budget drift before it becomes a problem.
Key capabilities include:
Business-aware cost attribution across products, teams, and services
Predictive insight into cost drivers with clear, explainable reasoning
Policy-controlled automation to optimize spend without disrupting performance
Early detection and prevention of overruns, inefficiencies, and financial drift
FinOpsly enables engineering, finance, and platform teams to operate from the same source of truth—turning cloud and data spend into a controllable, measurable part of the business.

Parsivex
Parsivex serves as a platform designed for engineering teams to optimize AWS costs and identify waste associated with their cloud expenditures.
Much of the waste in AWS arises from everyday oversights, such as RDS instances left running, unattached EBS volumes, NAT Gateways that are no longer useful, and EC2 instances that were provisioned for a load test long ago. While Cost Explorer can indicate an increase in costs, it fails to provide actionable insights about what can be removed.
Connecting through a read-only IAM role, Parsivex operates without the need for agents or write permissions, thoroughly scanning for specific instances of waste: idle EC2 instances, unused RDS and load balancers, orphaned snapshots and Elastic IPs, over-provisioned computing resources, and untagged items. Each identified issue comes with detailed information, including the resource ID, its region, the potential monthly savings, and the rationale for its selection, enabling engineers to validate findings and take action without necessitating further investigation.
Additionally, scans are conducted on a predetermined schedule and can flag cost anomalies while expenses are still manageable, all from a unified dashboard that supports multi-region management.
There are no sales calls required; simply initiate a free scan and receive your initial report within minutes, allowing for immediate insight into potential savings.

Cloud Custodian
Cloud Custodian empowers users to oversee their cloud assets through a system of filtering, tagging, and executing various actions. Utilizing a YAML domain-specific language, it allows for the creation of rules that help maintain a cloud infrastructure which is not only secure but also optimized for cost efficiency. By streamlining the process, it replaces complex cloud-specific scripts with more straightforward syntax, ensuring that policies are effectively applied across your infrastructure. The tool is compatible with major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, with additional support for Kubernetes, Tencent Cloud, and OpenStack currently in beta. It actively enforces security measures by seamlessly integrating with the control plane of cloud providers, enabling real-time remediation of issues. In addition, it features comprehensive metrics and reporting capabilities. Users can schedule resources to be turned off during non-peak hours to minimize expenses, while also identifying and removing unused assets by analyzing utilization metrics. Tagging capabilities allow for easy management of underused resources. Furthermore, Cloud Custodian can be executed in various environments, whether locally, on an instance, or in a serverless format through AWS Lambda, providing flexibility in deployment options. This versatility makes it a vital tool for efficient cloud resource management.
