Cloud Inspections Description
Cloud inspections is a hosted inspection software that multi-family housing professionals can access via the internet. Cloud inspections allows you to access your data anywhere, 24x7, without worrying about data loss, backups, or system crashes. Cloud Inspections software is compatible with most touch-screen phones. There are several inspection templates: Move-In, Move-Out; Quarterly; Annual inspections for: Units, Buildings, Grounds and Other Locations, HUD 52582 Housing Choice Checklist, Public Housing Assessment System Inspection UPCS. You can also create your own templates. Existing inspection systems use either paper checklists or dedicated PDAs to enter checklists. The checklists are then docked to a host computer to upload data to be reported and printed. The Cloud is multi-user software. Data can be viewed and printed even while the inspection is ongoing.
