Summary: I like it. It's extremely easy to book a full week, even a month, ahead which saves you having to book in a desk each day. And if you "forget" to confirm your booking you receive an email.
Positive: Quite easy to use, easy to see which desks are available. I book my desk at the end of each month for the following month.
Negative: Not enough people using it, not easy to see who's actually planning on coming in.

Summary: Overall it helps the organization of our office but i just need support in updating Clearooms to match our new office layout.
Positive: I think that our full office has access to use this. Makes things easier and more professional having visibility of what offices/desks are available.
Negative: I do need to make some changes to the layout which would be helpful to know how to do.

Summary: Definitely worth the money and I would recommend it for SME's. There are a lot of customisable functions which meets almost all of your business needs. We are not using it for hot desking, only for meeting room bookings and car parking bookings, but so far it has been good and regular users have found it easy to use.
Positive: Great price point, works well for what we need, lots of options to tailor to individuals needs.
The tablet functions look great for our meeting rooms.Negative: The UI is hard to use, things are not clear or easy to find. I feel that this needs to be a bit more user friendly as sometimes you can be looking for a specific setting for ages and still not find it.
