    Good desk booking with excellent SME price model

    Summary: We have had a good experience so far with Clearooms. The functionality we need is all there for us and when we have needed support the response has always been fast and resolved our issues.

    Positive: Ease of use and pricing model being based on number of desks and not users.

    Great integration with MS365 as well. Excellent fast support from the Clearooms team whenever we have had to ask them anything.

    Negative: We didn't find the check in feature worked very well as people would just not check in and desks would free up and other people could turn up and want a desk that was in use.

    Top Class Organisation Booking System

    Summary: Our overall experience within Caseware is Excellent, the Clearooms team helped get us onboarded speedily and helped us with any issues needed.

    The Clearooms product is by far the most superior product from our testing as there are many more products and features on this platform.

    Positive: Works brilliantly for a global organisation, we have bookable office spaces in 3 different countries.
    Easy to use from a users point of view.
    Easy to administer from an IT point of view.
    A lot of features such as desk booking, meeting room booking, visitor booking.
    Great UI and ability to edit desks and desk plans uploads.
    The Clearooms support Team and Tony are quick to support and improve, we have had a few bugs which the team have had fixed within a 24hr window and they are always open to new ideas and suggestions.

    Negative: I don't like the fact i cant think of a con for this software, it does everything we need it to and more!

    Summary: Great product, great team to work with, always listen and take on board feedback. Would highly recommend this to people / businesses looking for a desk booking software. I reviewed many products and this was, hands down the best on price, system and support.

    Positive: I love the ease of this system and also how it is constantly being developed to add more. It is on a subscription basis and with office environments ever changing this gives us the flexibility to only pay for what we use and we are not ties into a contract.

    Negative: More bespoke reporting, but this is being looked at constantly. The ability to set emails to be issued and specific times to teams would be a great addition.

    Easy to use and helps with planning

    Positive: Easy to setup and use. We completed out proof of Concept with Clearooms and were up and running in only a few weeks. This would have been a shorter period of time but we had to work around other projects and priorities.

    Delivers what it promises

    Summary: The overall experience with Clearooms is great. The main reasons for choosing them for our desk booking was ease of use and cost effectiveness. Pretty much everyone in my organisation has engaged with the software and given positive feedback, we are poised to make use of the Clearooms Teams app soon as well so the system is fully integrated. The floorplan redesigns that Tony and his team did for us look sleek and professional, and really helped sell the service to our staff. I look forward to seeing more new features as time goes on!

    Positive: Attentive and fast customer service and support.

    Negative: Would like to see more hardware integration in the future, primarily desk powering features would be incredible, as its the way our organisation is geared.

    Summary: Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to maintain, good range of data comes out of it too. A user-friendly product, we have used since August 2021.

    Positive: Flexibility of set up - it is so easy to upload room plans, design your layout and make changes if you so wish. The interfaces on the app and web browser versions are very easy to use, even our more inexperienced IT users can use it. There is a wide (and growing) range of functionality, we have recently linked our door access system (Paxton) and use it as our log for people onsite, for fire safety purposes.. The support team are on issues like a shot. Pricing model suits us too, as we have more people than desks. Couldn't praise them more.

    Negative: Initial range of functionality, but we were early adopters. That has now been addressed, with more things in the pipeline.

    Summary: Very happy to continue to use this tool for the purpose of hot desk bookings. We used to Zoom Workspace (which I loved) but had to find a solution as company decided to use MS Teams for their conferencing and leave Zoom. Clearooms has provided us a stable platform to continue to allow our workforce to utilize flexible (hybrid) working at sites across geographies.

    Positive: Very easy to use, straightforward to configure, upload floorplans. Flexible, and simple pricing model.

    Negative: Still has no Teams integration but this isn't a biggie.

    Summary: If I were to rate it from 1-5, I would give it a solid 4.6. I am quite pleased with the app as a user as well as admin.

    Positive: I like that users from multiple domains can use one platform.

    Summary: Very user friendly system that does all we need it to do.
    For the price it is very cost effective and has additional features that we can look to utilise in the future.

    Positive: Very useful to be able to upload floor plans.
    Highly customisable.
    Who's in feature is very useful for those who like lists as opposed to graphical representation.

    Negative: There could be more validation in the system.
    Need to press update when making changes. If you come of the page, it would be good if it reminded you to click Update etc.
    When deleting plans, there should be a button that says - do you really want to do this etc.

    Summary: Good once set up. because we needed to see all rooms at once in hourly slots it cost us more than was hoping.

    Positive: Easy to use once set up and different options explained. Glenn was very helpful to get it all up and running.

    Negative: No so good on an app on a tablet. We wanted to use a tablet in one of the rooms for booking but some of the features wouldn't work on the app.
