Clearlane Tests integrates test management capabilities into Jira Cloud without introducing any new work item types. This tool allows for versioned test cases that encompass steps, test data, and expected outcomes, while also linking to the relevant requirement work items they address. Additionally, a coverage view functions as a traceability matrix, highlighting requirements that lack corresponding test cases. Users can plan campaigns for each version or sprint and execute tests step by step. Each test run meticulously documents the specific version of the test case, the pass or fail results, comments for each step, as well as the tester's information and date of execution. Should a step fail, it can instantly generate a Jira bug report that includes reproduction steps with a single click. Upon concluding a campaign, it is sealed with a fingerprint for added security. The app also offers optional electronic signatures that capture the name, date, time, and significance; any subsequent modifications will render the signatures invalid. Comprehensive PDF reports are generated, detailing the summary, coverage, results, and historical data of the tests. Moreover, users can import test cases from CSV files, facilitating seamless integration. This application supports teams in maintaining verification records in compliance with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards. Operating on Atlassian Forge ensures that all data remains securely within the customer’s Atlassian environment, providing peace of mind regarding data privacy.
