Summary: If you are an employer looking for employee benefits packages for your business, look elsewhere.
No other benefits company I've ever dealt with has pulled a shady stunt like this. I hope it was worth it.Positive: N/A.
Negative: Today I learned that I had been, in effect, donating a portion of my hard-earned paychecks to Clarity Benefit Solutions with no hope of ever seeing that money again.

I signed up for Clarity's Parking Pre Tax benefits in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdowns, and after contributing hundreds of dollars toward benefits I couldn't use, I stopped making contributions and forgot about the account altogether.
Fast-forward to the present and I no longer work for the employer that was using Clarity Benefit Solutions, but I was reminded of my account when I found my benefits card in my desk drawer. I logged into my account, saw I had an outstanding balance, and called Clarity to ask what I could do about it.
Despite never being notified of this (by phone, text, email, regular mail, carrier pigeon, etc.,) I apparently forfeited my outstanding balance into Clarity's pockets when I left my job.
The card isn't expired, and the balance is still in the account (I can log in and see it), but I can't use or access the funds. The rep on the phone made it clear Clarity wasn't interested in remedying the situation, either.
Please learn from my costly mistake: If/when your employer offers benefits through Clarity Benefit Solutions, don't sign up.
