Summary: Clari, through its forecasts and detailed reports of our sales mechanism and study of our historical data, has helped us to visualize a clear projection of the possible future impact of our sales apparatus, to know what is being done well and what can be improved. The fact that it integrates with Salesforce has benefited us immensely for the storage and use of sales data. Clari plays to the sales teams' advantage to have a clear picture of what is being appropriately done well and what could be improved.
Positive: I like Clari's ease of use and integration with our CRM to impact our sales and customer relationship mechanisms effectively. It has been instrumental for us to measure our sales productivity. It generates valuable reports to project our effectiveness, make forecasts and develop future strategies to have the expected sales performance.
Negative: The sales reports and forecasts are not structured in the best way; they could be more organized, it would make everything easier for our work team.

Summary: Clari has helped us to have a clear perception of our business based on reports and analytics of sales processes and our customer relationship management, it provides us with all the necessary tools to make projections to take the necessary forecasts to correct possible failures, optimize sales mechanisms and improve our productivity. Clari plays an important role in our decisions to improve our sales and customer relationship management through its functions and its proper integration with other tools. It has an excellent report generator and its customer service is attentive and responsive.
Positive: It is a software with a simple and intuitive interface that integrates with our CRM, generates analytics to get an idea of the current reality of our business and allows us to have future projections to take the necessary forecasts and devise strategies for sales and customer relationship. It has an excellent reporting function and excellent customer service.
Negative: The reports are not customizable and its structure could be improved, other than that there has been nothing that I dislike about this software, it works well.
