When roads are moved, adjacent urban blocks will be re-sized automatically. CityCAD provides a variety of advanced analysis features that give you quantitative insights into your masterplan, starting from the conceptual design stage. You can create a library of land uses and apply them to building floors. As you build or evolve your design, you can make assumptions about electrical and other energy consumption, water usage, and refuse generation rates. These total values will be instantly calculated.
