The Cisco®, ASR 920 Series Aggregation Services Router is a full-featured converged accessibility platform that allows for cost-effective delivery and management of wireline and wireless services. These temperature-hardened, high-throughput, small form factor, low-power-consumption routers are optimized for mobile backhaul and business applications. The Cisco ASR 920 Router offers a comprehensive and scalable feature list of Layer 2 VPN (L2VPN), and Layer 3 VPN(L3VPN), all in a compact package. It allows service providers to deploy MPLS-based VPN services within the access layer. The Cisco ASR920 Series features key Carrier Ethernet features. You can use them to obtain premium services with enhanced service level agreements (SLAs) through the Cisco ASR920 Series. The Cisco ASR 920 Series is flexible and cost-effective thanks to an optional "pay-as you grow" feature and a service activation model.
