ChatGPT Work review Date: Jul 09 2026
Summary: Five stars from me. Even as a new user, ChatGPT Work has already made my day-to-day project management feel more organized and less overwhelming. If it keeps improving at this pace, I can see it becoming one of the first tools I open every morning.
Positive: I only started using ChatGPT Work recently, but I can already tell it is going to save me a lot of time. As a project manager, I was surprised by how quickly it helped me organize meeting notes, summarize long documents, draft status updates, and keep project information in one place. The Projects feature has been especially useful because I can keep chats, files, and context together instead of digging through dozens of conversations every day.
Another thing I like is that it feels easy to pick up. I didn't have to completely change how I work to start getting value from it. It already feels like having an extra teammate that helps with planning, documentation, and keeping projects moving forward.Negative: I'm still learning what it can do, so I know I'm probably only using a fraction of its capabilities. Sometimes I have to experiment with prompts to get exactly what I want, and I still double-check anything that is going out to stakeholders. I also think it will become even more valuable as I connect it with more of the tools my team already uses.
