This allows providers and staff to streamline prescription renewal workflows. Charlie's combination technology, protocol content and workflow optimization allows health systems to provide a safer, better patient experience. Charlie reviews the patient's chart and compares it with more than 1,000 protocols to determine if the renewal request is safe.
