    Summary: Overall, started selling 6 years ago, for the first couple of years it was ok and then they would periodically put our account in default, or deactivate. They we appealed to have the account deactivated again in the height of the pandemic due to late deliveries!! You can never speak to a human, they never reply to messages and it is just a colossal waste of time.

    Positive: Quite easy to list if the item is already in their catalogue.
    Good customer reach when they allow you to reach them.
    Fees not so bad.

    Negative: Take money as they feel like it.
    Deactivate account when they feel like it.
    Charge fees when they feel like it.
    Tell you owe them money going back 2 years with no invoice or explanation.
