Cavuno Description
Cavuno gives associations, publishers, communities, staffing businesses, and niche operators the tools to run a branded job board. Build with the hosted website editor, or connect a custom frontend through the API and SDK. AI aggregation brings in job listings, tagging organizes their details, and enrichment adds employer information. Candidates can search semantically, parse a resume into their profile, receive personalized matches and alerts, and appear in a talent directory. Operators can sell job posts, bundles, subscriptions, and talent access using Stripe. A blog, analytics, category and location pages, custom domains, and SSL support the website. Basic and higher plans add optional Cavuno footer credit and a custom email domain. Paid plans include unlimited team members and start at USD39 billed monthly, or USD348 billed annually (USD29 per month equivalent). New accounts get a 14-day Starter trial without a credit card; the ongoing Free plan supports private boards. Stripe processing fees apply.

Cavuno review Date: Feb 26 2026
Summary: We use Cavuno to build and it’s been a strong choice for a niche job board. It gets the fundamentals right (listings, search, content, monetisation options) and improves week by week. The blogging platform helped us move quickly on content and SEO, and the scraper is getting better with each iteration. If you want a platform where the team listens and ships, Cavuno is worth it.
Positive: The built-in blogging platform has been great for me, it made it easy to publish aviation career advice, news, and evergreen SEO content without extra tools. The job scraper/aggregator has noticeably improved over time (better matching, fewer duplicates, more relevant listings), and the team ships updates quickly. Best of all, the developers actually respond to feedback and implement changes fast, which is rare.
Negative: It’s still a fast-moving product, so you’ll occasionally notice rough edges (small UI quirks) and the scraper can still need a bit of tuning for niche sources. A couple of advanced workflows/features we want are still on the roadmap, but they’ve been transparent and responsive.
