CattleWorks Description
CattleWorks cattle software was designed to give cow/calf producers an easy, yet effective way of managing their herd and keeping track of animal records. This information can be used for analysis of overall herd health and productivity, as well as to determine profit potential. Like any software, the information and benefits derived are directly proportional to the effort and accuracy with which the information is entered into it. Although the effort is similar to handwritten records it can yield much greater benefits. CattleWorks authors are both cattlemen and software developers. You can set up general parameters such as Pasture Names and Breed Names, Medical Procedures, and Custom Events. You can add cattle, move cattle into pastures and record sales and births. Reports include information such as herd inventory, pasture inventory and animal details. They also include weaning reports and calf production.
