    Terrible Company. Fraudulent Billing. Bad Support.

    Summary: Overall a bad company. Software is low quality, low value. They charged our credit card twice for an annual subscription within 4 months, then they threatened to sue me when I called them out for the questionable charge and lack of response to any of my support requests.

    Positive: It has a wide range of functionality, but most "tools" within the software lack basic, necessary options.

    Negative: Lots of bugs. Low quality software, terrible non-fluent english support.
