    Summary: This software is the result of poor conceptualization by people who have no first hand experience with the needs of the end-user. This concept was then handed to people with either mediocre coding skills or with no real authority to make sensible adjustments to the functionality. Possibly both. I struggle to find anything genuinely positive to say about this product. I do not know what my company is paying for it but, knowing my company, it's likely the least expensive option on the market.

    Positive: There are some features that CPR+ users had been requesting for years; more robust search features and more customization.

    Negative: Almost nothing works as intended without some (usually significant) adjustment or workflow gymnastics level workaround. Some features do not work or are simply missing. The vast majority of people using this software will be, primarily, be performing data entry, however, the software is almost exclusively mouse based. If you don't understand why that is a huge problem, you've probably never done any work that even remotely resembles this before.
