    Summary: Awful. This also wants a hundred words to describe how the overall experience using CardPointe was and it was awful.

    Positive: The few times it worked. This paragraph wants a hundred words to say that this doesn't work so this is the long version of me saying they do not work or help you make it work.

    Negative: Having to wait on the phone for 3 going on 4 hours now for support to refund a customer they charged 4 times instead of once.
