    Summary: Since we switch to using Carbon+Alt+Delete, our carbon account approach has become more streamlined and more robust.
    We value C+A+D and their commitment to being serving consultant-specific needs, which makes them unique in the market. And their customer support is great.

    We would like them to focus a bit more on presentation options like dashboarding or exports.

    Positive: - built for consultants (multi-company accounts, appearance controls,...)
    - lots of flexibility on how to define categories, or customise emissions
    - integrated emission factors support
    - solid data import, can handle lots of data layouts
    - good software support, even for content-related questions

    Negative: - occasionally buggy
    - dashboard options limited
    - settings menu confusing
