It has been a reliable tool that, to this day, continues to help us create more beautiful and stunning content for every project that we plan, and we are able to plan more projects knowing this tool will be there for support.

Positive: Canva is a helpful resource that allows me to create beautiful designs for different type of projects with a professional and delicate look. It comes with a variety of pre-built templates for almost anything that we can imagine, that are easy to customize with our own information and presets, making it so simple to open up our imagination when it comes to designing, especially if we're on a creativity block, but it's also easy to create our own designs from scratch and have it turn out visually-engaging for our public. I like that this solution is not expensive at all and it allows you to access pro features for a decent price, as well as having many tools that I believe are so important for designing different flyers or posters, such as being able to access different presets, videos, fonts and images to add to my design from their own library. Negative: When we started using Canva and used the free plan, we noticed that the availability of free templates was quite limited, which made us upgrade to the paid version of this software so we could access more templates and also have different access to other features in video and photo editing. Still, I believe that there can be more variety in the templates that are accessible to the free users because in my experience, there weren't many to choose from when I was a free user. I also believe there are some features that can do even better than they do now; for example, the search function could be more optimized to be able to search more specific content or more specific images that are related to our search and if we see one specific image that we like, the search could be filtered to show more images like that one, as other search tools do. Another thing that can also be improved is the amount of bandwith it requires for a smooth design process, as I have noticed that it will sometimes take too long to load different presets or it will be slow when working on our designs because of bad connection. Lastly, I don't really enjoy the mobile app as I find it difficult to use and I feel like the UI just doesn't work on the go, which is when I'm mostly using my phone, so I just prefer to simply use my desktop to work on designs because of this issue I find with the mobile app.

If you need to customize those documents using MS office products, you'll have to come up with a creative work around.

Summary: My general experience with Canva in my work sector was poor, from 1 to 5 I would give it a 2, because this platform did not allow me to develop the slides fluently. The web version that Canva offered me was quite slow, it also presented lag when I inserted more information or when I inserted more images to the slide. Canva was replaced by the "Prezi" platform in our company, because Prezi offered more job guarantees and the Prezi slide editor offered us more fluidity when developing any slide.
