    Couldn't have delivered on my project without CallTools

    Summary: I've come back a few times now. Glen was great helping us get up and running in no time!!! We had a very time sensitive project and had to train a team of thirty to use the interface in only a couple of hours. Glen got us into a training that next morning and we were up and running within 48 hours. I have worked with tech support to create numerous custom reports and campaigns. Very responsive and knowledgeable in their ability to guide me through the system. Glen has repeated checked in on me to make sure that the tool is working for my needs and gone over and above to make me feel like a valued client.

    Positive: Efficiency, reporting, ease of changing up strategies on data. UX for both the admin and user pages.

    Negative: Cannot see who is calling on an inbound. This was the one thing my team brought up.

    Positive: Everything about it, from start to finish, I have used everything in terms of dialers over the last 20 years, and this one takes the cake. Speed to lead, efficiency, data management, reporting, KPI's, call quality, their support team, these guys are on it.

    Negative: I wish they had weekend support. I noticed recently that they implemented it. Sometimes, I will train new management on a Saturday in the afternoon and may have a question or two.

    Top notch dialing platform, a must have for every growing business

    Summary: I would rate a 10/10 overall, I have used several other platforms and this is the first one I have used that encompasses everything I need. It is intuitive and has many advance features as well that can be found once I run into a more complex configuration. Reminds me of an iPhone in that sense. Integrates nicely with our CRM and lead vendors and posts leads into the CallTools system in real-time which then are also sent and saved in our CRM.

    Positive: Powerful, simple and easy to use. Data management, segmentation of data is crucial to our company. Easy set up and I was able to eliminate many of the manual processes I was doing outside of my previous system to keep up on reporting. With CallTools, it is all built in so I get the data I need in real-time.

    Negative: I wished they had weekend support for those times where I may need a little extra help, I just learned they do have weekend support coverage.

    Productivity through the roof!

    Summary: Overall, I can not imagine going back to using a single line dialer or mojo. the integrations this offers, the customizability, the way in which we are able calculate our time frame for following up with leads just with the click of a button... it's crazy how much more efficient our team has become since we started using this system. The "user side" is so easy a monkey can interact with it effectively. It does take some heavy lifting on the back end/set up to get where you need to be, but once your admin understands how the system works for set up, agents can exceedingly easily plug into the system and run with it.

    Positive: I don't know why anyone uses any other dialer. The customizability, the integration with our CRM, speed to lead, makes follow up a breeze... there's no reason anyone who makes phone calls for their job should use any other dialer. They verify your phone numbers for you, their support is easy to interact with and *always* on top of things - I can not speak highly enough about this system. To use any other dialer is legit a waste of money. With the multi line dialer, there is so little down time between calls and that's what you want from your dialer - get me on the line with my clients!

    Negative: My team doesn't have any time for side conversations any more because they're on the phone all the time.
