    Doing great CXT

    Summary: Definitely helps our companies dispatch run much smoother, can't wait for all the new updates to happen.

    Positive: Really enjoy the latest updates to the Visual Dispatch Board. Customer support is terrific and responds quickly.

    Negative: The real time lag once in a while can be frustrating at times.

    Dynamic Logistics Software

    Summary: Overall, we have been very happy with the software. The training was extensive to use it and everyone has been a pleasure to work with. CXT may not be the cheapest logistical software solution, but they certainly are the most dynamic and professional company we have used for our dispatching needs so far.

    Positive: CXT is a powerful scheduling software. Once the route plans have been set up, it allows us to dispatch to our drivers in a more efficient way. It also shows us when a driver is running late, or where they are along the route so we can communicate better with our clients. Clients have also appreciated the notifications they receive, along with any photos or signatures they require us to capture during the delivery process.
    The speed to which we receive a response from the help desk has also been incredible. Even if they don't have an immediate solution, they respond to let us know it is being reviewed for further assistance.

    Negative: The on-demand routing is not user friendly for routes that start at the same origin and have multiple stops along the way. We price from the starting point to the ending point in those cases and have to always go back an manually adjust each leg of the route because CXT creates them as individual runs instead of one continuous route. For as robust as the software it, this is a feature that seems like it should be a basic fix but we are told it is not.
    Another feature we have never been able to get to work properly has been the visual dashboard. It looks like a feature we could benefit from, but whenever it is clicked on, it does not display properly and when it has, the tabs have never worked.

    Courier Software Update

    Summary: Positive. If we call with a need, CXT will find us a solution. The staff is excellent and experienced.

    Positive: Comprehensive suite, covering most of our major needs. The ability to adapt the compiled product to match unusual needs and scenarios.

    Negative: I look forward to a true web based, SAAS version of this product.
