CE Zoom Reviews

Summary: This is such as scam. I'm paying almost $500 for 2 CE credits. There are NO on demand courses for my profession as advertised and none of the live webinar courses are during times that I can attend. I was only able to attend one while I was on a vacation from work.

Positive: The one webinar course I was able to attend while on vacation was good.

If you're someone that needs it, I guess the tracking feature would be helpful.

Negative: The Elite plan say that it's $39/month, but they lock you in for a year, so the true cost is almost $500

It says there are "On Demand" courses, but there aren't any for my profession (dental hygiene). This is false advertising!

There are no webinar courses offered on weekends and all of the ones offered start too early for me to be able to attend (I'm in Pacific time zone).

Summary: Stressful logging on at times and stressful knowing now that a good portion of the credits for courses I took did not count towards credits even after they said it would. Again, the courses were well put together and informative but I would have liked to receive credits for all the courses I took.

Positive: The pros are that they do have good speakers and a variety of topics covered. they do have nice nice lecturers and the times of the live sessions often fit my schedule.

Negative: My negative feedback is based on the fact that although you may take a course through CE Zoom and it states that the credits will be sufficient to satisfy your state CE credits, it means NOTHING!! I repeat, NOTHING!! When I submitted my credits to the New York State Board to licensing, about a third of my credits were denied; that being after all the hours of courses I took through CE Zoom weren't counted. I was in a scramble to fulfill all those remaining credits with another company within a few weeks to finish them on time. This was quite stressful. CE Zoooms oversight as to whether credit will actually count is AWFUL!! They did honor my request of refunding my money for my subscription but when I asked them to put out an email to their clients informing them that many of their clients courses will NOT count for credit they said that it was in the works. When I followed up with them a few months later, they still did not put together an email notifying their clients about this. I left a message to have their CEO contact me to discuss this and I was blown off!! BE careful. Many of the courses you are taking will not count towards credits!!!!! I strongly feel that this company should have and should still notify their clients about this issue.

Summary: It's nice being able to look up CE offerings that you wouldn't know existed otherwise. Sometimes it seems like it's a bit more quantity than quality, but it beats nothing. I'm not familiar with another competitor in this space. Love having it keep track of hours.

Positive: It's nice to be able to find, but, and keep track of CE all in one place. Beats having to keep track yourself and misplacing hours.

Negative: There's not too much I can think of. Maybe a limited CE offering.

Summary: The CPR Sisters go above and beyond making sure you have a clear understanding and knowledge of the techniques.

Positive: The BEST CPR course I've ever taken! Debora Carrier & Darla Miller The CPR Sisters, are excellent instructors. The course was presented in a detailed and concise manner. I felt I got more one-on-one instruction than I've had at in-person programs. The testing was scheduled with ease and informative as well. I highly recommend this course!

Negative: Absolutely no "Cons". Everything about the course was EXCELLENT!
