The device is compatible only with RouterOS v6.46 or newer. Please upgrade if your device came preinstalled with a previous version. The default IP address for Ethernet ports 1 is 192.168.88.1 username: admin. There is no password (or for some models, you can check the sticker for user and wireless passwords).
