    We just want the Basic CCC estimating Program back

    Summary: CCC support have been polite and have tried to help us, until they realized we were not doing as they wanted us too. Then all support stopped. The only reason I signed the contract was I was lead to believe are main parts house was gonna be a provider, which will never happen. I am convinced the sales person knew they would never be, yet responded with we are adding new providers all the time. We just want out of this contract. we are told it can happen, yet to date they will not have that conversation with us.

    Positive: We signed on with CCC with the basic plan, And it worked very well, Are shop got very busy and my estimator was overworked big time. I contacted CCC to ask if they had any ways to make are work easier. And they had an add on to help, which doubled the cost. We pay around $1200 a month. The training process started and there was slight improvement.

    Negative: We have found we do not use or need The added $600 a month Program, We are a small family owned shop, we do not rewrite good estimates from ins. adjusters. We have no need for the time card , or accounting parts of the program, or customers do not respond to generated text messages or it does not work. I believe we were told are PPG paint computer would talk and send CCC reports ,that does not work. Are main supplier is not and will not be a provider. T he list goes on and on.
