CASCAD-e Description

CASCAD-e offers a new way to schedule Critical Path Method (CPM), projects. It uses TSPD on a calendar-time grid and is based upon over 40 years of teaching TSPD scheduling and consulting experience. CASCAD-e, the first version of TSPD Scheduling, instantly and automatically determines the impact of changes or movements in precedence relationships. This is the first project scheduling method to use a completely graphic approach to creating and using the schedule. CASCAD-e allows both novice and experienced scheduling professionals to create a schedule with ease and a much better understanding of the process. The project team can be involved in the development of new schedules, or in reviewing and modifying existing schedules. Allows visual comparison of any updated schedule with a baseline schedule.
