CAFMPRO, developed in Saudi Arabia and based in Riyadh, is an advanced CAFM and CMMS software solution that consists of fifteen interconnected modules operating under a unified framework that encompasses property and location management, asset oversight, corrective and preventive maintenance, workforce management, contract administration, KPI tracking, procurement, inventory and warehouse management, event management, key management, security, QHSE compliance, water and energy management, document control, and spatial management, all featuring a user-friendly floor-plan interface. The contracts and KPI module utilizes operational records to generate draft invoices at the conclusion of each KPI period, calculating the contractor's payable amount based on established contract rules and providing supporting evidence for each deduction for review and approval. Additionally, a built-in AI assistant is available to fetch records and propose subsequent actions for user consideration, although it does not modify or authorize source documents. The platform offers functionality in both Arabic and English across web and mobile interfaces, includes role-based access controls, ensures tenant isolation, and maintains activity logs for enhanced security and accountability. On-premises deployment can also be arranged upon request, catering to organizations with specific infrastructure needs.
