Summary: Fast to install, low disk space usage, I have no issues when completing my tasks as a survey drafter.
No lag/delay when switching one task bar to another same as switching to another layer tab.

Positive: -Everything seems smoother, no more delays even if I have a mid-spec processor for my PC.
-I have everything I need available at the taskbar and scrolling through them seems faster.
-I have checked the storage usage of this app, and it seems to save more space.

Negative: Nothing in particular, but will return if I find some issues.

Positive: I like that it's easy to use considering that it's fairly new. The similarities with Autodesk Autocad make it easier to understand including shortcut keys.

Negative: I didn't like that the snap feature is confusing making it hard to model faster.

Negative: I was Expecting tools to connects other software like 3DS Max, Lumion.

Summary: My overall experience in using the CADhobby is that the software is very easy to use for beginners who are starting to learn on CAD software since it is not a complex program.

Positive: It is easier to use than Autodesk it the same features and tools but CADhobby is more user friendly. its easy to choose the required tools for drawing and annotation.

Negative: Upon using the software i have tried to import survey points used in topographical maps into a drawing the import was good but was having difficulties in editing the points had to edit one by one.

Upon using the free trial of CADHobby, I recommend to everyone in my industry (construction, design and architecture) to give this software a try and I assure you the quality that you will be getting. Satisfaction guaranteed. I used this software to creat 2D floor plans and was surprised that all of the functionality that I usually use and basically needed in preparing Floor Plans are in this software. The Placement of each symbols and functions do not significantly differ from other CAD softwares so button adjustments is not an issue. What I am really surprised about is how fast it responds , even in my older laptop it runs flawlessly. It is a very lightweight software but heavy duty on functions. 100% Recommended.

- Has all the functions an Engineer like me needs in preparing shop drawings and floors plans. They made the UI easy to understand , and did not differ a lot from other CAD software meaning you will not have a lot of hard time adjusting to the environment of the software/functions.

Negative: - UI can be improved a little, but fine as it is.
- Object Snaps needs a little getting used to. Sometimes it is hard to find the snapping point, but nevertheless it is functioning well. Just need more practice

Negative: There are almost no cons. The only thing that kinda bothered me was the trimming command as I couldn't understand how it worked but after watching a 40 second tutorial I got it.
