Summary: From implementation to supporting our customer on their CRM my experience has been positive and productive - the Clear C2 team is very professional and responsive.
Positive: There is a lot of pros to the Clear C2 CRM solution - functionality is as good if not better than HS and SF. Reporting - which made our implementation straightforward. Another clear differentiator is the Support - we are supported by actual Clear C2 teams and leadership.
Negative: None - where we had issues, the Support team was able to demonstrate how to accomplish it or show us alternatives and potential work arounds where applicable.

Summary: Very positive and productive. We are now able to complete much more CRM functions from prospecting to serving our customers - and this is compared to industry “standards” solutions such as HS and SF.
Positive: Ease of use, rich functionality and reporting. Especially impressed with customer support which are real Clear C2 support team and leadership.
Negative: Nothing - when we had issues the Support team was able to show us a solution.
