PreConstruct AI is an online application designed for construction takeoff and estimating, catering specifically to subcontractors engaged in bidding for interior finishes, concrete, and wood framing projects based on PDF drawing sets. It efficiently interprets drawing scales and utilizes plan notes, schedules, and partition legends to assist in pinpointing and measuring quantities for walls, ceilings, and concrete. Currently in beta, the AI-driven wall suggestions are subject to review and modification by the estimator before final approval.
