Summary: The support from the Budgyt team has been excellent since we started the product evaluation phase last year, to date.

Positive: The solution is extremely user-friendly and packed with powerful features such as scenario-based data modeling, segregation capability, Xero integration, SAML 2.0 authentication support, and so on.
Aileen, our implementation consultant, was fantastic throughout the implementation phase, gathering requirements, leading workshops, and assisting us in configuring the system.

Negative: There is a room for improvement on making open APIs available for real-time data integration with 3rd party platforms.

Summary: I love it. People who use it in the company love it. No one wants go back to spreadsheets even the most vocal Excel users.

Positive: The platform is fantastic. It allows unlimited users without extra costs (I am not joking). There is nothing to dislike about Budgyt. It provides all features for successful and effortless budgeting and forecasting for a fraction of cost. You won't be disappointed.

Negative: There is a room for adding more features. However the team is constantly working on improvements.

Summary: Very positive. SOMN received excellent training and support and really value the ability to customize reporting/approvals/access on a per user basis.

Positive: Ease of use, training and support from Budgyt, real time information, integration with our current financial system.

Negative: Approval process - I'd like to see a setting to only view "pending" items, rather than all.

Summary: If you need one stop solutions for all your accounting needs, which is cost effective, Time efficient & easy to use with good support then BUDGYT is something you need to consider.

Positive: It's the best app in market given the pricing as well, & it's easy to use & understand. And if at all you're stuck some where you have the tutorials in place plus their support is so fast. The market does not have an app that has easy to use software that is very detail-oriented. Does a great job of projecting, forecasting & Budgeting. And their Dashboards are cherry on the cake.

Negative: I don't think that I dislike anything about the App. The customer support is so great. Plus the tutorials on the site are very helpful.

Summary: Our conversion to Budgyt was extremely beneficial during our budgeting process and saved many hours for the participants. The peace of mind from knowing that the formulas were correct was invaluable. We would make the change again in a heart beat.

Positive: Version control, known formula accuracy and change tracking were the determinants for us. There is an extensive training video library and our support representative is without equal. The company listens to its customers and has implemented suggested enhancements.

Negative: We use Google DataStudio (GDS) and would like to be able to connect files from disparate sources to Budgyt the way GDS permits. This would eliminate the need to import monthly results.

Summary: Would recommend to any FP&A team that is looking to save time and money when building out budgets and forecasts. We also use the export reporting function quite often to pull together additional analysis and scenarios outside of the software. So it saves time every step of the way.

Positive: Very easy to learn and execute on variance analysis with several different views. Additionally, it provides transparency to budget owners cutting down on time spent by all functions of the business. The HR formulas allowed for us to cut our admin time building budgets in half.

Negative: Nearly all questions that went unanswered, were found in future product enhancements. The team really listens and works hard to make the customer experience positive.

Summary: Highly recommend this software. Easy to set up and run different budgets and scenarios. Excellent customer support.

Positive: Budgyt Software is very easy to use and detail-oriented. I really like the way the software handles labor costs including the calculations of payroll taxes and benefits.

Negative: No balance sheet-Really not sure I would use it even if it was available.

Summary: We are very much satisfied with Budgyt and its has greatly increased our efficiency in preparing our annual budget and quarterly forecast.

Positive: We like its ease of use, its functionality, user friendliness, speed of retrieval of information, its reporting format and layout, transfer of data between the ERP system.

Negative: Appearance of rows with zero values. some of the excel output are clumsy and over skewed.

Summary: Exceeded expectations and could not be happier. I was surprised with the level of support and flexibility offered in the product.

Positive: Easy platform to use with amazing flexibility, think excel on steroids. Support team is nothing short of amazing.

Negative: Missing BS and CF but that is being implemented now so won't be a con much longer.

Summary: My experience has been excellent. Support is good. Easy to train users that don’t like accounting. Nice storage and notes features.

Positive: User friendly.

Negative: None. I don’t have any cons so I’ll chat about the things I like. Easy to use but can handle more complex features.

Summary: I started utilizing Budgyt in 2019 when I started at my non-profit organization. I was looking for a budget and forecasting software that was user friendly, allowed us to create and update multiple budgets, provided streamlined forecasting, had canned budget and actual reports, and one we could manage our payroll through. My expectations were exceeded with Budgyt. Throughout my time with Budgyt they have continuously made software updates and improvements which benefit the customer. Recommendations I have made have been implemented and really benefited me. There are many useful tutorials and James, and the support team, are always available and quick to respond to inquires. The software now has updates which link directly to QBO and made my job as Finance Manager much easier. I could highly recommend Budgyt.

Positive: Budgyt is very user friendly and allows to me create multiple different types of reports comparing different budgets. The integration process was very easy and pulled all the necessary information from Quickbooks. We are a grant based organizations, and the ease and capabilities of the personnel section is extremely helpful. The Budgyt support is easy to contact and quick to respond as well.

Negative: Through the different iterations and updates they are at a great point for my needs. If I have issues or need help trouble shooting their team is always available. Some of the updates were based on feedback I provided them. I am happy with the software and it's capabilities.

Summary: Overall incredible value. A valuable tool for budgeting. Customer support is great as well. Highly recommend.

Positive: It is very easy to use. Copying prior years or budgets in general is very easy. Overall it is very user friendly.

Negative: The HR module took some time for me to get used to as far as how everything flows into the budget.

Summary: They are so far ahead than even the bigger gorillas like Planful or the smaller ones claiming to do more than they do like Jirav. Budgyt is a no brainer once you see the demo and see the details ... saved my team and I so much time, it was clear we saw our ROI within the first 3 months of using it.

Positive: I was amazed at the fact that I can actually budget multiple departments and also still drill into the transactional data!

Negative: The program is great and everything I've asked for they've been fast and attentive in working with me on delivering my request. So nothing but great feedback.

Summary: Overall this is a great product. Budget holders actually enjoy building their budgets in this tool. Most importantly, the instant consolidation and update abilities mean the budget-holders can see the bottom-line impact of their edits in real-time, which makes for much better discussion about the business, and results in better business decisions. The customer service is great, and budgyt.com has definitely improved the quality of our organization's financial planning & management.

Positive: This tool speeds and automates the budget development and consolidation process, replacing manual, error-prone spreadsheet budget consolidation. It's faster, and and it means budget holders and decision-makers spend more time discussing business implications of their plans, because they don't need to waste time with complex spreadsheets and broken formulas. Additionally, we re-import actual data back into the tool from the main accounting system, so the tool becomes our budget variance reporting tool. Budget holders can access it from anywhere they have internet.

Negative: Budget data tends to be tabular in nature, regardless of the tool. This is visible through mobile devices, but can be hard to read on smaller phones.

Summary: I was only looking for a solution to create payroll budget numbers and found Budgyt. Not only is it a perfect tool for what I was hoping for, but has proven to be an invaluable resource to my managers to follow/adhere to their budgets!

Positive: Love that it is very intuitive; Very user friendly (after initial training). Support is the best I have ever seen for a software!

Negative: Steep learning curve. But, was aided tremendously by support.
