Our reward categories link into our organisational values and strategic pillars, helping align our efforts towards achieving our strategic goals. Employees love the “recognition wall” and redeeming their points to buy products on offer through the catalogue.



    Since we introduced Browniepoints, our employee engagement has increased by 44%, our employee recognition score has increased by 27% and our Net Promoter Score (NPS) measuring customer satisfaction now sits at 67, which is world-class.
