Briar Description
Briar is a messaging platform for journalists, activists, and anyone who needs a secure, reliable, and easy way to communicate. Briar is not like traditional messaging apps. Instead, messages are sent directly between users' devices. Briar can sync via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi if the internet is down. This allows for information to flow in times of crisis. Briar can also sync via Tor when the internet is up. This protects users and their relationships from being monitored. Briar uses Tor to block eavesdroppers from discovering which users are talking to one another. Each user's contact lists are encrypted and saved on her own device. All communication between devices is encrypted from the beginning, protecting the content against eavesdropping and tampering.

Most powerful messenger on earth Date: Sep 13 2021
Summary: This is better than best. Calling support at least voice calling feature should be included. And UI design should be more polished.
Positive: Encryption policy and offgrid compatibility are the things I like most. Although this one isn't that much popular I think it is better than signal or any other high ranked applications.
Negative: I didn't get any such things that should be considered as cons. But this application should be more user friendly and UI should be more attractive and easy. Calling support should be added.
