    Summary: I think that in the future, all e-merchants will have to be equipped with innovative solutions like Botmind. It is in my opinion impossible to offer a perfect customer experience without using new technologies.

    Positive: With Botmind, the customer experience we are able to offer is always optimal. Every incoming request is processed instantly even when no support agent is present thanks to the AI.

    Negative: Since we have been using Botmind, we have never had any drawbacks related to its use.
