    The worst.

    Summary: This system is constantly failing in areas that they "excel" in. Anytime we bill something we have to constantly double check everything before saving or confirming. They do their "updates" that either don't solve the problem or it creates a new problem. Support is no help as they don't tell you if you're doing a process wrong or how they corrected the problem. Hands down one of the worst softwares I've ever worked on.

    Positive: I like that I can manipulate a HCFA 1500 form before I print it out, and also that I am able to log in.

    Negative: Everything else. Nothing on this system is consistent at all.
