Blindfold EQ Description
Blindfold EQ is an innovative plugin that encourages you to rely solely on your auditory skills when mixing. This free EQ tool draws inspiration from a quote by Matt Wallace in Sylvia Massy's book, Recording Unhinged. Featuring four distinct bands—LowShelf, LowMid, HighMid, and HighShelf—each control knob is intentionally left without visual indicators or numbers to represent frequency, gain, or Q values. Additionally, it functions as a multi-band resonant filter, is efficient in CPU usage, and comes equipped with a preset system that includes a randomizer feature. To access this freeware plugin, simply enter your email address into the provided form, and you won't need an internet connection for activation. Beyond Blindfold EQ, we offer a diverse range of audio plugins that feature vintage tape and valve simulations, analog tape echoes, drum machine emulations, and intricate convolution processing effects. Our mission is to create high-quality yet accessible products suitable for all types of composers, producers, and sound designers looking to enhance their craft.
