The Document Tree is organized according to department and category. To view all documents, click on a category or department to narrow your view. The Document List displays all documents, or only those documents that are associated with the selected department or category. Document Name and Description – Documents can be searched using words in the description. Document Information displays the version number generated by the system and the most recent release date. The Workflow buttons control the flow of the document through the approval process: Submit Draft, Accept Review and Approve Revision. Released Documents – Reports on all documents that have been released or documents that have been released for specific departments. Document Workflow – Reports on the status documents during the approval process.
