    Summary: Difficult to access my account actually impossible. Poor customer service. Not possible to call anyone or communicate in general.

    Positive: Nothing is positive about this company. Out of reach. Impossible to get a hold of anyone from US. No telephone number. No one to speak with on the phone.

    Negative: Worst brokerage company. It is impossible to get a hold of a representative. They contact you only when they want to collect money. It is impossible to access your account. terrible customer service!
