Summary: It is a very easy software to use and keep up to date. My problem was using the software because the more I used it the more work it created. TE Recruit has easy to use cards and even less computer savvy people like me can use it.
Positive: The ease of use and there constantly making it better. The new features are masking your investment look better and better.
Negative: I didn't like having to migrate all my data from Bullhorn to TE Recruit (Big Biller)

Summary: My experience is very positive. I am also pleased that TE continues to add new functionality on a weekly / monthly basis.
Positive: TE Recruit is easy to learn and has everything I need as a recruiter. I use it throughout the day. The new AI features are extremely helpful.
Negative: This may exist but I would like to eliminate records that are over 10 years old or have been updated in 10 years.
