Summary: Great trending to bad. Stretto has gone downhill in the customer service department. They likely do not have too many service agents.
Positive: Great product, easy to use. I have been a customer for many years. Customer service was great in the past, but not anymore.
Negative: Customer service used to be excellent. Now it is non-existent. I am forced to call because their inferior programming results in frequent updating errors. The problem is that there are typically 26 or more people in the phone queue. Updates can also be done online, but wait--- the update / reinstall link no longer exists. Be advised that there are competitors and I am looking into switching. If you are going to provide a product to lawyers, your darn sure better service it or the next bankruptcy filing will be for your company.

DIFFICULT PROGRAM, BAD TECH SUPPORT Date: Aug 07 2023
Summary: For the first 24 years, it was good, after that, disaster. I really hate changing to a new program, but I am forced to do this because Best Case by Stretto is not up to date, can't handle changing Chapter 13 plans, tech is not available for hours or days at a time, and as a cherry on top, you get to pay a lot for it.
Positive: I used it for 25 years, it used to be a good product. It seems as though when the new changes were made, they couldn't keep up, and then decreased their customer service, so..... a pro...... I guess getting to listen to a lot of elevator music while on hold trying to get an answer is very relaxing for hours at a time.
Negative: After the recent form changes, it became unusable, not up to date, and getting any technical support is exhausting, frustrating, and near impossible.
