    Summary: When I first started using Beadographer I couldn't understand the toolbar. I then asked for a cancellation and refund. That was done promptly with the same great customer service.
    Then a few months went on and more and more people were mentioning how they enjoyed Beadographer and how much they could do with it. So I joined the Facebook group.
    I was then convinced to give it another try and when there was something I didn't understand, ask in the Facebook group and ALWAYS get a reply.
    For $ 6.95 per YEAR ..... should definitely increase his price. It is THAT good. And no, I do not personally know the developers but they offer such a great product AND service. WTG Beadographer!

    Positive: The ease of use, the latest update, the SUPER FRIENDLY customer service, the VARIOUS stitches. NOT ONE SINGLE software out there has as many choices: brick, loom, medallion, R.A.W. etc etc. Have a look! You will NOT be disappointed.
